Trust and safety

Data Security

Futurelight Shop applies practical administrative and technical safeguards to protect customer, order and payment-related information throughout the shopping process.

Last updated: June 22, 2026

01

Secure transmission

Website traffic is protected using HTTPS encryption in production. Customers should confirm that the browser shows a secure connection before entering checkout information.

02

Payment handling

Online payment authorization is handled through the configured payment gateway. Futurelight Shop records transaction references and payment status needed to reconcile orders, but does not intentionally store complete card numbers, PINs, CVVs or online banking passwords.

03

Access control

Administrative functions are restricted to authorized personnel. Access should be granted only where operationally required, and credentials must not be shared. Order and customer records are used only for legitimate store operations.

04

Infrastructure and monitoring

We use maintained hosting, database controls, input validation, logging and operational monitoring to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so controls are reviewed and improved as the service evolves.

05

Customer responsibilities

Customers should use trusted devices and networks, keep payment credentials confidential, avoid sharing verification codes, and contact us if they notice an unfamiliar order or suspicious communication claiming to represent Futurelight Shop.

06

Reporting a security concern

Report suspected security or payment issues promptly to support@futurelight.shop or call +880 1700-000000. Please include the relevant order number but never send passwords, PINs or one-time verification codes.
