Return and Refund Policy

This policy explains how to request a return, replacement, cancellation or refund for products purchased directly from Futurelight Shop.

Return request period

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if a product is damaged in transit, materially different from the ordered item, incomplete, or defective on arrival. Keep the product, original packaging, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase while the request is reviewed.

Evidence and inspection

We may request clear photos or an unedited unpacking video, the order number, product serial number and a description of the issue. Products may require inspection before a replacement or refund is approved.

Items not eligible for return

Returns may be declined for change-of-mind after use, installation damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, missing serial labels, physical or liquid damage after delivery, normal wear, or products returned without essential parts and packaging. Manufacturer warranty rights remain subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support. Once an order has been handed to a courier, cancellation or delivery charges may apply. Futurelight Shop may cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, delivery information is invalid or fraud risk is identified.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Some refunds may require a verified bank or mobile financial service account. Processing time depends on inspection, the payment provider and banking network; any applicable timeline will be communicated after approval.
